Student Clubs:
At ISP Panama, our student clubs are more than just extracurriculars: They are a vibrant and integral part of our school community. These clubs give students a platform to explore their passions, make meaningful contributions, and build lasting friendships. Whether continuing long‑standing traditions or launching new initiatives, our students lead with creativity, collaboration, and purpose. Through club involvement, they grow as leaders and change-makers, both within ISP and in the broader community.
PANAMUN
A student-led Model United Nations simulation where students debate global issues, hone their public speaking, diplomacy, and negotiation skills, and deepen their understanding of international relations. This club fosters global citizenship, critical thinking, and leadership as participants research, propose resolutions, and engage in formal UN-style debates.
TECHO por mi País
A service-oriented club where students volunteer with TECHO, a non-profit organization dedicated to tackling poverty. Members help build emergency housing and participate in community development projects. This experience cultivates compassion, civic responsibility, and a strong sense of solidarity with underprivileged communities.
iGEM
An international synthetic biology team where students design and develop biological systems to address real-world challenges. Through competition and collaboration, they apply scientific rigor, innovation, and ethical thinking to maximize impact. This club is ideal for students passionate about biology, engineering, and research.
NearSpace Club
A unique club focused on exploring near space by launching high-altitude scientific balloons and conducting experiments. Students learn about atmospheric science, instrumentation, and aerospace engineering. This is a hands-on opportunity to engage in real scientific discovery and foster a love for space exploration.
Art Club
A creative and expressive space for students to explore various artistic mediums such as painting, drawing, and sculpture. Members can collaborate on projects, host small exhibitions, and contribute to school-wide art initiatives. The club nurtures creativity, emotional expression, and artistic confidence.
Make-a-Wish
A service and fundraising club dedicated to granting wishes for children facing critical illnesses. Students in this club organize campaigns and fundraisers, raise awareness, and collaborate with the Make‑a‑Wish Foundation. Their work brings hope, joy, and real change, instilling empathy, leadership, and a deep commitment to social good.
VEX Robotics Club
A STEM-focused club where students design, build, and program robots to compete in VEX Robotics competitions. Through this process, they develop strong skills in engineering, coding, problem-solving, and teamwork. The VEX Robotics Club provides a challenging yet supportive environment for students to push their technical boundaries.
