Parent Teacher Association (PTA)
At the International School of Panama, ISP, our Parent-Teacher Association , PTA, embodies the spirit of partnership between families and educators. More than an organization, the PTA is a vibrant community that helps foster a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative school environment where students, teachers, and parents thrive together.
Whether it’s lending a hand at a school event or organizing social gatherings outside of school, our parents are active contributors to the vibrant tapestry of ISP life. Parent involvement is not only welcomed, it’s celebrated.
Guided by the ISP Character Profile, we strive to model the values we want to instill in our children: empathy, responsibility, collaboration, and initiative.
The ISP PTA exists to support the education and wellbeing of our entire community by fostering strong, collaborative relationships between families and educators.

Our PTA leadership is composed of elected officers: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Deputy Treasurer, and Secretary, along with appointed chairs who lead important committees. Class Representatives serve as vital liaisons between families and faculty, ensuring effective communication and active involvement in school life.

Throughout the school year, the ISP PTA organizes and supports signature events that strengthen our Dolphin community:
Welcome Back BBQ
Kicks off the year with food, fun, and fellowship.
Holiday Shop
A festive marketplace where families can buy gifts and support the school.
Teacher Appreciation Day
A heartfelt celebration to honor our teachers dedication.
Family Fun Fair
Games, food, and laughter, a highlight for students and parents alike.
Parents are encouraged to volunteer for these and many other PTA-led initiatives. It’s a wonderful way to connect, contribute, and create lasting memories.
